Lest We Forget - 911
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayer that is made in this place. - 2 Chronicles 7:14-15

Bluegrass Music For A Community Cause
"When you give a dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbours, lest they also invite you in return and you be repaid. But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the just."
– Luke 14:12-14

BLCF Cafe Community Dinner is funded primarily by personal donations from benefit concerts like that given by Bluegrass Music Duo ‘A Cup of Cold Water’ where 100% of proceeds go directly to feeding homeless and marginalized people at BLCF Cafe. Since BLCF Cafe has opened its doors in January 2008 and on every Wednesday evening has served a warm meal and fellowship in a safe friendly place for upwards of 100 guests. That’s over 5,000 people fed annually. BLCF Cafe was established by Bloor Lansdowne Christian Fellowship – BLCF Church as a means of outreach to the Bloor Lansdowne Community. Since its beginnings, BLCF Cafe, located in the heart of Toronto, has been run under the auspices of BLCF Church, relying upon volunteers for service and donations for funding.
