BLCF Cafe was established in 2008 by BLCF Church and is run solely under the auspices of Bloor Lansdowne Christian Fellowship , 1307 Bloor Street W, Toronto, ON. BLCF Cafe Community Dinner serves dinner to over 100 homeless and marginalized people every Wednesday evening.
